Candito Realty's mission is to provide a personalized approach to conducting business in a highly ethical and efficient manner. Michael received his Bachelor of Accounting Degree from Florida International University.

After receiving his accounting degree, Michael went to work as an auditor for Arthur Andersen, which, at that time, was one of the most prestigious accounting firms in the world. At Arthur Andersen, Michael serviced some of the firm’s elite clientele across a variety of industries both nationally and internationally, including industry leaders in Financial Services, Hospitality, Sports and Entertainment, Pharmaceutical, Automotive and much more. After Arthur Andersen, Michael began his entrepreneurial journey by co-founding a Correspondent Lending company in Tampa, Florida, which became a leading mortgage brokerage company in Tampa.

In 2008, Michael saw an opportunity to open a residential real estate company in Miami Beach, focusing on the high-end luxury market. This was the beginning of Candito Realty. Over the years, Michael has serviced both national and international high-net-worth individuals and has been involved in some of the more exclusive residential real estate transactions on Miami Beach. 

Most recently, Michael recognized the vast opportunities for the real estate market in Tampa, St. Pete and Clearwater. Wanting to position his company into the Greater Tampa’s rapidly progressing market, Michael decided to move his real estate operations and family to Tampa and focus on developing Candito Realty’s penetration into the Tampa | St. Pete | Clearwater market.

Michael is blessed with a wonderful wife and daughter. Michael has traveled many places throughout the world and enjoys golf, fishing, and outdoor sports and activities.
